The Human Resources Management Association of Chicago is a forum for human resources leaders, practitioners, service providers, and business executives.   HRMAC's mission is to serve as a thought leader and recognized authority on workforce developments impacting the Chicago area business community.

Laurie is an active member involved  in HRMAC’s HR Management Systems Group. This group is responsible for evaluating and presenting information to the membership on:

• Technology solutions for HR (payroll, benefits, Intranet, global HR) 
• HR technology strategy 
• Technology and HR analytics
 
• E-solutions for HR 
• Social networking systems 

The Valley Industrial Association (VIA) is exclusively for manufacturers and those businesses in Northern Illinois which serve manufacturing in the Fox Valley area, including Kane, Kendall, DeKalb, and Western DuPage counties.

Laurie is a member that brings her 20+ years of search and recruitment expertise for manufacturing and distribution companies to the VIA members. She also has partnered with VIA for an event for the memberships on using Technology Solutions to grow their businesses. 

Vistage International is the world’s foremost chief executive leadership organization, providing access to new ideas and advice through peer workshops, one-on-one business coaching, speaker presentations, social networking, and an extensive library.

Laurie has been an active member of Vistage since 2007.  She enjoys getting to know other business executives and brainstorming with them on how to keep Laso growing and contributing to our clients in a valuable way. 

The Wheaton Chamber of Commerce members work together to foster meaningful business relationships, advocate on issues impacting the local economy, and develop business education and marketing opportunities.

Laurie is a member of the Women-In-Business committee and the Director of the Community Relations Committee for the Chamber. Laurie has also spoken on Bridging the Generation Gap for their membership. 

City of Wheaton Community Relations Commission:
The Community Relations Commission fosters understanding and promotes amicable relations among all persons and groups in the city, and promotes city activities and programs among the residents of the community. 

Laurie is in the first year of a three-year volunteer term with Community Relations Committee for the city of Wheaton. She is also the  Chair of the annual Make-A-Difference Day event for Wheaton.
